These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoreCade (the "Service"), operated by CoreCade Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

CoreCade is a SaaS platform for gaming café operators to manage devices, bookings, memberships, staff, revenue and customer engagement, and for end customers to discover and book cafés.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay or approved UPI channels.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You will not: (a) resell the Service without written consent; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to breach security; (c) upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content; (d) use the Service to harass or defraud others.

5. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or abuse. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, trademarks and content we provide, is owned by CoreCade Technologies. You retain ownership of the data you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process it to operate the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties (Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, Razorpay, Formspree). Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration seated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 15 days before taking effect.
